Table 2 summarizes reports of health and well-being coaching services (HWC) delivered nationwide, with background sources in Appendices: 1. Appendix B - HWC visits tallied from the peer-reviewed literature from 2000-2022 - 53 large studies in clinical settings (n>400) 2. Appendix C - HWC visit volume reported by 56 healthcare organizations from 2015 2022 3. Appendix A - HWC visits transmitted electronically by 8 healthcare organizations to date reporting mainly existing, billed CPT codes (as a workaround) and occasionally Cat III codes (184 visits or 0.04%) for coaching services 4. Appendix D - HWC visits delivered by the Veteran's Health Administration using
