Editorial

• Detailed bibliometrics and usage reporting and analyses to be provided to the Editors and OMA leadership annually as well as ad hoc as required. Information on the most/least cited articles, authors, institutions, and citation map analysis will support future editorial development plans and acceptance decisions.

• Inclusion on the Editorial Manager platform to be supported by Elsevier.

• Complimentary access to ScienceDirect and Scopus (full access to >3,800 journals, >37,000 books, 13.4 million articles) for the OMA Editor-in-Chief and editorial office.

• Inclusion on Elsevier’s Reviewer Hub, peer-reviewers’ source of information, guidance and support for reviewing with Elsevier journals. The hub will not only help valued peer reviewers manage their review history & pending invitations but also assist in the management of their certificates and awarded 30-day complimentary access to ScienceDirect and Scopus for each completed review. • An editorial stipend and research fund of $10k, detailed above, which increases by 1% each year thereafter to support the Editor-in-Chief & editorial office. In Year 3 of proposed term, the stipend will increase $3,500 in anticipation of achieving indexations across platforms such as Scopus, DOAJ, and PMC. • Full access to Elsevier’s publishing ethics resources, including Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) membership and the Publishing Ethics Resource Kit (PERK) for Editors, will be provided to the Editor-in-Chief.

It is the world’s largest online database of published literature in science and medicine, with 25% of the world’s science, technology and medicine full text bibliographic information: o Provides OMA with unrivalled visibility, profile, and market penetration worldwide. o Supports technology and innovation within published articles with opportunities for OMA to include features such as interactive images and graphs, links to relevant databases, videos, and more.

• Elsevier-branded website: Customized and journal-branded website for additional marketing campaigns and visibility:
