One of the Operating Principles at Elsevier is that ‘ we put ourselves in our customers’ shoes ’. We take this seriously, mapping out the author’s journey for open access publishing and constantly looking to help our societies, editors and authors through an E2E analysis. As such, Elsevier is committed to ensuring the future success and development of OMA with the launch of JOMA.
