Non-board delegates may be asked to leave the room for non-relevant items (salary discussions, ED reviews, sensitive discussions that aren’t relevant to the delegate, etc.)

A separate tab of the meeting handbook should be devoted to AMA discussion at each board meeting and interim phone meetings.
