Ethics Committee Charter Composition Highlights: The Committee shall be composed of three (3) OMA Members in good standing. • Two (2) members of the Committee shall be elected by the membership to serve a two- year term. o Terms of the members of the Committee will be staggered such that not all terms would expire in the same year. o Committee members will be subject to a term limit of three consecutive terms. • The third member of the Committee shall be a former member of the Board of OMA, who shall be appointed by the Board to be the Chairperson of the Committee for a two-year term
