of Trustees shall have the power by majority vote to alter, amend or repeal these Bylaws of the Association at any regular meeting of the Board of Trustees or at any special meeting called for that purpose. Section 10.05 Effective Date. These Amended and Restated and Bylaws have been adopted by majority vote of the Board of Trustees, to be effective on April 27, 2022, and supersede any bylaws previously adopted.
