Like the FY2022 budget, because of these currently unknown considerations (particularly with attendance volumes at conferences), aggressive cost management tactics to achieve the projected revenue goal for the FY2023 budget will be in place to minimize the net loss at year end while meeting or exceeding the revenues as has been realized in FY2022. The launch of Fonteva, the new Association Management System (AMS) which we are hopeful to realize in the Summer of 2023 will offer a critical value “add” that many members have asked for in its ability to support OMA Communities to collaborate with other OM colleagues on clinical issues, practice considerations, & mentorship.
