Revise and polish the draft guideline Appraisal of draft guideline clarity, quality, and ability to be successfully implemented Review guideline appraisal report; remedy deficiencies External review of draft guideline by representatives of target audience and practice settings External review of draft guideline by the public. Internal review and approval of final guideline by the board of directors of the sponsoring organization(s). Final guideline submitted to AJLM journal for peer review
