What type of information is contained in the OMA’s Bylaws?

• Officer and Board of Trustee (BOT) Detail (including BOT Meeting details) • Membership Categories (including Membership Meeting details) • Committee Categories • Nomination and Election Processes for Trustees and Officers

What is changing in the OMA’s Bylaws? There are two significant components that are changing in the OMA’s Bylaws. One change addresses the various Membership Types of the OMA and the other addresses the composition of the BOT .
