Second: Dr. Fitch Motion Carried DISCUSSION & ACTION ITEM: AMA BUSINESS BE HANDLED BY THE APPOINTED DELEGATES Discussion regarding a short turn time when needing to get back to OMA regarding AMA business. Understanding that sometimes more than 3 days cannot be given and therefore when less time is given an AMA delegate will handle the business. Motion that AMA business be handled by the appointed two delegates when provided less than 72-hour notice made by Dr. Craig Primack. Second: Dr. Fitch Motion Carried. Discussion regarding certain time period window for action items. Discussed that it is not always feasible. Policy committee should review. DISCUSSION REGARDING Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) JOB DESCPRITPTION Action item: Send CSO job description to the board for an email vote. Adjourn – 8:37 PM ET
