OMA Board of Trustees Meeting, October 29, 2020 Corporate Resolution of Signing Authority for Bank Accounts with MidFirst WHEREAS, the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA) is determined to grant signing and authority to certain person(s) described hereunder. RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees is hereby authorized and approved to authorize and empower the following individuals for and on behalf of OMA to sign checks and orders for the placement of money withdrawing funds from a depository account or accounts and conduct general banking on behalf of OMA including electronic banking.
