OMA Board of Trustees Meeting, October 29, 2020 Corporate Resolution of Signing Authority for Investment Accounts with Stifel WHEREAS, the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA) is determined to grant signing and authority to certain person(s) described hereunder. RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees is hereby authorized and approved to authorize and empower the following individuals for and on behalf of OMA to establish and maintain security accounts with Stifel, Nicholas and Company. for the purpose of purchasing, investing in, or otherwise acquiring, selling, possessing, transferring, exchanging, or otherwise disposing of , or turning to account of, or realizing upon, and generally in and with any and all forms of securities as governed by an OMA Board approved investment and/or commitment authorization policies.
