Spending Distribution Policy The total of funds in the investment fund may annually distribute an amount up to 4% of a 12- quarter moving average as calculated on December 31st annually. The spending rate will be reviewed annually in light of evolving trends with respect to investment returns, OMA needs, and the rate of inflation. Adjustments will be made when appropriate. The resulting amount shall be available for supporting the general operating expenses as directed by the Board of Trustees.
