1) Obtain sign-off on the project by the OMA EC/BOT

2) Engage with Project Echo as an external support partner group (sign agreements, attend training)

3) Determine budget necessary to support the project

4) Submit project proposal and associated budget to potential funding partners (pharmaceutical companies and others who are part of OMA's CAC?)

5) Secure funding for the project from potential partners

6) Identify and partner with health systems as well as others (whose focus is on primary care) to create an obesity care collaborative across the United States in order to identify "obesity champions" in their networks and market the project to these constituents. (We need to determine how we would identify the decision-makers in these health systems such that we could market the program to; who are the key players in this space?) 7) Develop foundational obesity-related educational materials for sharing and posting in a single web based portal for program participants (similar to the Menopause Learning example as noted above), which would be of no charge to the participants.
