11) Provide on the (yet to be created) project website a central repository for obesity medicine clinicians in various locales for patients and clinicians to access for the purposes of referral. This list could be curated from the OMA and ABOM websites, collectively. Further consideration could be given toward developing an abbreviated clinical data registry that could be curated using Red Cap or other easy web-based registries for the purposes of data capture to collect patient outcomes from the project. Finally, another potential "measurable" could be a means by which we could track the number of referrals from primary care to OM clinicians that were a direct result of this project thereby aligning with the "refer" part of "treat and/or refer". 12) Provide ongoing support, mentoring, patient case discussions, etc. monthly with the participating learning collaboratives/councils for the "obesity champions" and any clinician wanting to attend the monthly ECHO meetings We envision that OMA would host a monthly ECHO with the identified "obesity champions" whereby clinical scenarios would be presented and an OM expert (? BOT members, OMA Committee Chairs, etc.) would host the monthly ECHO discussions. This would be analogous to the case review portion that is currently part of the Fundamentals of Obesity Treatment course.
