BENEFITS OF PROJECT ECHO AFFILIATION 1. Follow the ECHO mission (demonopolize knowledge to serve the underserved) and model (using IT to leverage scarce healthcare resources, dissemination and standardization of best practices to reduce disparities, case-based learning and guided-practice to master complexity, evaluation of outcomes); 2. Use the ECHO name and trademarks to promote the project (i.e. notoriety & affiliation with Project ECHO) 3. Mutual expectation of sharing and permission to use shared IP; 4. Use the required ECHO program tracking tool (nothing to do with patient data, but is rather a system to track and manage our ECHO program attendance and growth); 5. No selling ECHO IP to outside third parties; 6. Non-exclusivity: we expect to enable many ECHOs across similar geographical and focal areas, and we expect ECHO partners to collaborate as much as possible.
