o Following the OMA’s participation in the Innovation Collaborative, Dr. Fitch is hoping that if OMA chooses to move forward with this endeavor, a proposal can be prepared for the Fall BOT meeting that would allow OMA to incorporate the financial contribution into the 2024 budget. Dr. Fitch will get future updates from Dr. Ard on the possibility of participating in this Innovation Collaborative. The EC discussed scheduling a summer BOT meeting before the Fall Conference in San Antonio, TX in October of 2023. Mrs. Fraker will distribute a Doodle poll to secure a favorable date/time for all members of the BOT in order to get this meeting scheduled. - The EC highlighted how powerful the patient perspective keynote was from the 2023 OMA Spring Conference was received by all participants. - Mrs. Fraker shares that the OMA is currently reviewing candidate applicant for a Sales and Business Development role on the OMA staff. This person will be of great assistance to best support the areas that produce revenue for the OMA such as exhibits, sponsorships, advertising, etc. - Dr. Fitch suggests submitting a proposal for a symposium for the next EASO Meeting in May of 2024, with the topic potentially on telemedicine.
