Project Lead: OMA Senior Leadership Team Content Experts: OMA BOT

Project Scope: The project must seek external funding to be sustainable. Funding support will include (but not be limited to) supporting IT endeavors, staffing, marketing collateral, educational product curation, and time needed from the content experts. It is felt that the most likely source for such funding will need to be sought from our industry partners whose principal clinical interests are aligned with that of the OMA. In developing the project, the OMA will closely follow a previous similar project example which focused on menopause https://www.menopauselearning.com/ and the OMA will partner with Project ECHO https://hsc.unm.edu/echo whose mission is to ensure the following from those organizations who partner with the Project Echo core team to address the following objectives via Project ECHO : • Equity in outcomes across underserved populations • Democratization in the implementation of best practices (through guided practice, in an “all teach, all learn” environment) • Build agency at the front line • Enable organizations to achieve their mission with speed, scale, fidelity, and at significantly lower costs In addition, this project will additionally be augmented through the development of a prior authorization (PA) tool to be developed in collaboration with PRIME CE https://primece.com and the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP). Dr. Bays worked closely with these organizations in developing a PA tool to assist with payor coverage for PCSK9i for those patients with hypercholesterolemia, which we plan to replicate for AOMs as well. The publication for this project is here https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33251993/ and the educational module (with access to the PA
